1.0       Scope of Services

The scope of work shall include preparation of detail engineering drawings, design calculations, BOM and vendor drawings review for 33kV Grid Power Connection at GAIL, Kailaras, M.P. The list of deliverables shall be as follows :

1.1.1     Electrical drawings :

1. Key single line diagram (SLD) of 33/0.433kV Substation.
2. Protection and metering SLD of 33/0.433kV Substation.
3. Protection and metering SLD of existing 415V PMCC.
4. SLD of LV AC & DC DBs.
5. Electrical layout plan & elevation of 33/0.433kV Substation.
6. Electrical layout plan of existing 415V PMCC 301 Substation showing modification of 415V PMCC.
7. Indoor and Outdoor cable routing layout plan and details with BOM of cabling accessories.
8. Earthing layout plan and typical details with BOM.
9. Lightning protection layout plan and elevation with BOM.
10. Outdoor Illumination layout, SLD and BOM.
11. Civil assignment drawing for new Substation building.
12. Electrical design calculations :
13. Earthing calculation.
14. DSLP calculation.
15. MV and LV power cable sizing calculation.
16. CT sizing calculation.
17. Relay setting calculations.
18. Outdoor illumination calculation.
19. Verification of LT capacitor bank sizing.
20. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagram.

1.1.2     Civil drawings :

1. GA & RC details of foundation and oil pit for 2MVA transformer.
2. GA & RC details of indoor cable trench in new Substation.
3. GA & RC details of outdoor cable duct bank and pull pits.
4. Civil drawings for building flooring work.
5. GA & RC details of foundation for DP structure.
6. Civil GA drawing of pavement / road.
7. Civil drawing for chain link fencing of the transformer.
8. Civil drawings for culverts for pipe & cable crossing.
9. Drawing showing civil work for modification of cable trench in existing PMCC room.
10. Civil design calculations for the above civil drawings.
11. Bar bending schedule for all RCC works.

1.1.3     Structural drawings :

1. Structural GA drawing of DP structure.
2. Structural calculation for DP structure.

1.1.4     In addition to above, our scope shall also include review of vendor drawings for 33kV Indoor switchgear, 2MVA transformer, Bus duct, 415V PCC and Capacitor bank.
