West Bengal - Design & engineering Services for ten (10) nos. 33 / 6.6 KV Load Block Distribution Stations (LBDS) and three (3) nos. 6.6 / 0.415 KV LCSS at SAIL, IISCO, Burnpur on behalf of Areva - EMC consortium

The project included preparation of following drawings and design calculations :

1. Protection and metering SLDs of 33kV switchgear, 6.6kV switchgear, 415V LV Switchgear, ACDB, MLDB, ELDB, 220V DCDB, 48V DCDB and Lighting DBs.

2. Electrical layout of 10 nos. 33/6.6kV LBDS and 3 nos. 6.6/0.433kV LCSS indoor substations, cable trench layout of substations and cable tunnels, DSLP layout, Earthing layout, Lighting layout drawings.

3. Control schematics, interlocking diagrams, SCADA I/O list.

4. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagrams.

5. All Electrical design calculations.

6. Earthing notes and details.

7. Lighting notes and details.

8. Cabling notes and details.

9. BOQ of earthing, cabling, DSLP and lighting systems.

10. Visit to Mecon, ranchi and attending many design review meetings.

11. Visit to Substation sites to discuss / clarify many Design related issues to Site erection team.
