Nepal - Design and Engineering Services for 220kV and 132kV Switchyards for Hydro Electric Power Plants in Himalayas

We are glad to notice that opportunities are coming in our way for providing Consultancy services for various Hydro Electric Power Plants in the Himalayan Region of Nepal. Several EPC contractors based in India or in Nepal have contacted us in recent times for the Design of :

1. 220kV and 132kV Switchyard layout plan and elevation.

2. Erection key diagram of 220kV or 132kV Switchyards.

3. Sag & Tension calculations.

4. Short circuit force calculation as per IEC 60865 for strung conductor or Rigid tubular buses.

5. Structural design calculation and GA drawings, fabrication drawings, Shop drawings of :

a. Switchyard Gantry towers.

b. Switchyard Gantry beams.

c. Shielding towers.

d. Transmission dead end terminal towers.

e. Switchyard equipment support structures.

6. Civil foundation design and drawings of Gantry tower and Equipment support structure foundations, Transformer foundations, Cable trenches, Retaining walls, Boundary wall on RRM retaining walls etc.
