Chattisgarh - Detail engineering for 132/33/6.6kV GIS substation and downstream ring main system for Construction power system of NMDC for 3 MTPY Integrated steel plant at Nagarnar, Chattisgarh. (On behalf of KEC, International, Gurgaon)

The project included preparation of following drawings and design calculations :

1. Protection and metering SLDs of 132/33/6.6kV GIS substation, 415V LV Switchgear, ACDB, MLDB, ELDB, 220V DCDB, 48V DCDB and Lighting DBs.

2. Switchyard electrical layout, EKD, cable trench layout, DSLP layout, Earthing layout, Lighting layout drawings.

3. Control schematics, interlocking diagrams, terminal plans of BMK, CT & PT JBs.

4. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagrams.

5. Civil drawings for two storied control building, store, DG room, security room, all equipment and tower foundations, cable trenches, drain, road, fence, gate, culverts etc.

6. Steel structural drawings for towers, beams and equipment support structures.

7. Substation automation system and PLCC.

8. All electrical, civil and structural design calculations.

9. Vendor drawing review and approval.

10. Site visit, checking feasibility of various engineering options, discussion with Mecon and NMDC for approval of drawings.
