Nepal - Prebid Engineering services for 400kV GIS substations in Nepal (On behalf of Pinggao, China)

Scope of Pre-Bid Engineering Activity :

a)     Site visit for data collection and assessment of site conditions and provide site report.

b)    Checking BOQ according to technical specification, discovering difference between BOQ?shall list it and report to PGCL? and technical    specification, submitting clarification and completing final BOQ for 400kV GIS substations at New Khimti, Barhabise and Lapsiphedi .                    The design institute to calculate detail Quantity for LOT , LS, SET etc.

c)     Checking tender document, technical specification, submitting clarification for ambiguous items.

d)    Verification of Employer assessed quantities and suggesting if any modifications are required.

e)     Preparation and optimization substation layout plan & elevation and Key SLD.

f)     Provide design input parameters.

g)    All report to be submitted to Pinggao by the design Institute shall be stamped by the designer company.
